AbstractAt the time of the handover of Hong Kong to China in 1997 there were no autogas vehicles in the colony. However the seeds had been sown in 1996 with a high level government delegation going to Europe on a study tour to investigate the best course of action to tackle the problem of diesel fuel emissions from the 18,000 Hong Kong taxis.
