Abstract | The lenticular granite of Lianyunshan in Hunan is located in the strike-slip fault zone of Changshoujie-Shuangpai. The field geological survey across the granite, shows that there are continuously transitional structural-lithofacie zones: Lengjiaxi Group (adjacent rock) without fault dynamic metamorphism→mica-quartz tectonic schist bearing garnet→migmatitic quartz-mica schist→banded and ptygmatic migmatite including small rock masses of lenticular granite→gneissic and massive biotite monzonitic granite (host rock). The analyses of regional structures show that Lianyunshan granite is associated with dynamic metamorphism-shear remelt magmatism of NNE-trending convergent strike-slip faulting during T3-J. |
