Abstract外空領域的國際合作開展得如火如荼,此類合作可以在不同的層次、不同的領域展開。亞太地區一直以來注重外空活動的合作,但迄今為止,還沒有一個區域性的機構涉足空間法的合作。建立亞太空間法中心的提議正是對此需求做出的一個回應,希望該中心的建立能夠促進亞太地區空間法的教學和研究。此中心應該是獨立、中立的學術機構;至于建立的模式,認為在沒有一個其他更好的平臺的情況下,亞太空間合作組織下設空間法中心不失為次好方案。并以此為契機,進一步推動區域空間法的發展。 International space cooperation is well underway;such cooperation can be carried at different levels and different fields.Countries in the Asia-Pacific region have always emphasized the importance of space cooperation;however,no regional institution exists at the moment in the field of space law.The proposal of an Asia-Pacific Space Law Center is thus raised to promote the cooperation of space law research and education in the region.The proposed Center should be an independent and neutral academic institution. With no other better platform in place, a space law center under the framework of the Asia-Pacific Space Cooperation Organization can be the second -best option. Such a center shall promote further development of space law in the Asia -Pacific region.
