Abstract脑卒中动物模型早期多选择高等动物制备,特别是灵长目动物,其目的是更好地模拟人类卒中的发生,但是由于易得性较差,价格昂贵,于是利用小动物特别是啮齿类动物制备脑缺血动物模型逐渐受到重视。Mhair[1]认为一个好的脑卒中的动物模型必须具备:①能够控制缺血的时间、部位、程 度;②与脑缺血或出血相关的因素如血压、血气、体温、血糖等可被密切监视或控制;③避免其他疾病和脑血管解剖差异性影响。脑卒中动物模型根据病理性质可分为缺血性脑卒中和出血性脑卒中两大类,以下就分别阐述各模型的特点。
