Abstract | Previous noninvasive vaccine submission approaches including respiratory tract-based methods are limited to specific pathogens. Recent developments on ultrasound biology suggest that ultrasound-mediated molecule submission (sonoporation) could be an effective noninvasive approach for gene therapy as well as drug submission. Here we discuss the potential application on sonoporation on vaccine submission. |
