AbstractThe energy spectral analysis by scanning electron microscopy for the distribution of rare earth element during isothermal transformation in 20Mn and 0.27C-1Cr steels showed that the rare earth elements segregate at the Fe 3 C/α interface of pearlite and the island interface of bainite. The segregation would restrict the diffusion of carbon and delay the isothermal transformation, so that the kinetics of the transformation is influenced significantly.
掃描電鏡能譜分析稀土在20Mn和0.27C-1Cr鋼中先共析鐵素體、珠光體及粒狀貝氏體組織內的分布表明,在珠光體中的Fe_3C/a相界及粒狀貝氏體中小島的界面有稀土偏聚,顯著影響幗變動力學。
