AbstractThe first stereoselective total synthesis of 3 (R)-panaxynol 1 has been achieved by utilizing the Cadiot-Chodkiczwicz reaction, through coupling of 3 (R)- (t-butyldiphenylsilyloxy)-1-penten-4-yne with 1-bromo-alkyne compound.
