AbstractWe have fabricated copper-phthalocyanine (CuPc) nanostructures using the vapor phase deposition method at different substrate temperatures. This resulted in differences in the morphology and crystal structure of deposited products. We have studied the structural and optical properties of the obtained CuPc ribbons. Photoluminescence of the CuPc nanoribbons was measured for different excitation wavelengths. Significant differences have been observed in the light emission from alpha CuPc and beta CuPc nanoribbons. Obtained results have been discussed. © 2010 Elsevier B.V. All rights reserved.
