Abstract | 本研究介紹了利用步行器傾翻指數 (WRI)曲線圖來評估截癱功能性電刺激 (FES)行走穩定性的新方法。其主要構件是一套基于標準步行器的測試系統 ,該系統可以實時獲得三維上肢支撐力數據 ,進而轉化成行走過程中的縱向和側向WRI曲線圖來顯示量化的行走穩定性水平。有關實驗校準和臨床測試結果均表明新方法在穩定性評估方面有很好的臨床應用前景 ,并有望在截癱FES設計及康復訓練中發揮作用。 |
