AbstractThis study aims to develop an appropriate method to help the personnel of a Canadian Company understand new production technology of a new advanced-technology product. Upon completion, this method is expected to give management a tool to analyse alternative plant designs and various production and manpower scheduling scenarios under a broad range of production conditions.
