| Abstract | 目的 探討Masquelet技術治療創傷後骨缺損的療效. 方法 對2009年4月至2012年5月收治且獲得隨訪的2例創傷後骨缺損患者資料進行回顧性研究,均為男性,年齡分別為28歲和38歲.均為創傷術後出現感染性骨缺損,採用Masquelet技術分階段治療. 結果 2例患者分別隨訪32個月和28個月.2例患者在第2階段手術時傷口內多部位采樣,細菌培養結果在術後均證實為陰性.感染性病灶得到完全控制,骨缺損部位最終獲得骨性癒合. 結論 Masquelet技術能治療創傷、感染等引起的骨缺損,技術簡單、療效可靠. |
