| Abstract | 目的：系统分析推拿療法治療小兒腦病的臨床研究文獻,综述推拿療法治療小兒腦病的臨床研究進展。
方法：從中國期刊全文资料庫(CNKI)檢索1996年至2012年有闋推拿療法治療小兒腦病的臨床研究文獻, 對有效 文獻進行整理、歸纳和系统性分析。結果：共獲得40篇有效文獻。經分析後發現’推拿療法治療小兒腦病的療效顯著。除單纯應用推拿療法外’臨床上亦多採用兩種或三種以上的不同療法進行综合治療。結論：推拿療法已經成為臨床治療小兒腦病的常用手段’今後應制定嚴格規乾的眩床研究方案’進一步確定推拿療法的應用價值。 |
