Abstract目的 通過系統分析子午流注納甲法和納子法治療中風病的臨床研究文獻,探討傳統時間針法治療中風病的應用價值.方法 選用中國期刊全文數據庫(CNKI),查找1982年至2012年國內外有關子午流注納甲法和納子法治療中風病的臨床研究文獻,按納入及排除標準再以手檢篩選,對有效文獻進行分析.結果 共獲得29篇有效文獻,納甲法22篇,納子法7篇.總體結果顯示,采用納甲法、納子法治療中風病,無論是臨床療效或是指標檢測,治療組的改善均優于對照組.結論 子午流注納甲法和納子法治療中風病的療效顯著.今后的臨床研究應該采用嚴格的科研設計,進一步確定子午流注納甲法和納子法的應用價值.
