AbstractEndometriosis involving the kidneys is rare. To our knowledge we report the first case in which kidney involvement was the initial manifestation of this condition. Because of previous bilateral oophorectomy the diagnosis of endometriosis was improbable. Hormone replacement therapy was implicated in the etiology.
