| Abstract | 鼻息肉在居民中的發病率為４％［１］，變態反應所致鼻息肉是造成鼻息肉的重要原因［２］。本文就以鼻息肉與變態反應的關系進行多種指標觀察，借以探討鼻息肉的致病因素。１．材料與方法１.１于１９９２年１月至１９９４年１０月，本院耳鼻喉科就診之鼻息肉患者１８２例，男１０２例，女８０例，年齡１４—６７歲，對照組為無變態反應及鼻腔疾患之健康學生３０名。兩組人員檢查前三天均停用任何抗組織胺藥物，兩組既往史調查，包括有無皮膚過敏、藥物過敏、過敏性鼻炎、眼結膜過敏及支氣管哮喘等，兩組家族史調查，包括雙親、祖父母及子輩等。１．２兩組均以華西醫科大學提供之吸入組１６種變應原行皮內試驗，以皮丘＞６ｍｍ以上，依次作為皮試陽 |
