Abstract | Deoxyribozymes(DNAzymes) of different structures isolated from a synthetic single strained DNA pool with random-sequence in vitro selection,exhibit the capacity of RNA-cleaving,DNA-phosphorylating,DNA-ligating,DNA-cleaving,DNA-peroxiding and phorphyrin-metalating.This review focuses on DNAzyme’s in vitro selection,its catalytic characters and factors interfering with them,and its future applications. 運用體外分子進化技術 ,從人工合成的隨機序列DNA庫中篩選出多種不同結構的脫氧核酶 ,其催化活性已擴展到RNA切割、DNA激酶、DNA連接、DNA切割、DNA過氧化、金屬螯合等多種酶活性。主要論述脫氧核酶的體外篩選 ,催化特性和影響因素 ,以及應用研究等. |
