| Abstract | 目的通过系统分析针刺足三里穴对节律影响的实验研究文献，探讨针刺时间效应研究的意义。方法选用中国期刊全文数据库（CNKI），查找1985年至2012年国内有关针刺足三里节律效应的实验研究文献，按纳入及排除标准再以手检筛选，对有效文献进行分析。结果共获得19篇有效文献。结果显示，不同时辰针刺足三里穴对机体的胃肠道功能及其它功能均具有不同效应，而这种效应与机体的生理和病理节律有关。结论时间因素是影响针刺效应的一个重要因素，针刺效应明显受到机体生理和病理节律的影响和制约。 |
