| Abstract | 通過分析《黃帝內經》、《難經》等古典醫籍中論述'膽'的有關文獻,認為現代中醫教材對'膽'的生理功能定義欠妥。膽的生理功能應該是貯藏膽汁而不瀉;膽主決斷,與肝共同調暢情志。
The function of gallbladder was investigated and analyzed in the paper based on related elaboration of the Yellow Emperor’s Canon of Medicine and the Classic on Medical Problems.It is found that the definitions of gallbladder in the modern Chinese Medicine textbooks are all inappropriate.The function definition of gallbladder should be storing bile but not discharge bile,gallbladder was used for conducting decision and regulate emotion with liver. |
