| Abstract | 人類自身免疫性葡萄膜炎是一組常見的眼部炎症性疾病,不明因素導致的自身免疫紊亂可對眼部組織產生不可逆性損害,因此長期以來,對人類自身免疫性葡萄膜炎的致病原因、發病機制的研究從未停止.以往的研究認為,1型輔助性T細胞群(Th1)是誘發人類自身免疫性葡萄膜炎的關鍵因素,但近年來發現,Th17是誘導自身免疫性葡萄膜炎病變的主要因素.由於每種Th細胞群都有其特定的細胞因數及轉錄因數,這些細胞因數通過調節Th1、Th2、Th17的表達及平衡決定著自身免疫性葡萄膜炎的發生和發展.研究Th1及Th17相關細胞因數在病變中的作用是探討自身免疫性葡萄膜炎發生和發展的重要基礎之一.就近年來Th1及Th17主要的相關細胞因數在葡萄膜炎的致病性、調節及治療作用方面的研究進展進行綜述 |
