Abstract | In this chapter we first reflect on the current use of career assessment generally and qualitative career assessment specifically in the context of Chinese students in Hong Kong. We review general approaches to career assessment, guidance and support in Chinese schools, colleges and universities, summarising strengths and weaknesses in current provisions. |
