| Abstract | 作为传统中医的特色疗法，三伏天灸以其治疗哮喘的独特优势而在临床上广为运用，然而作为一种牵涉广泛的干预措施，三伏天灸治疗哮喘的临床疗效则受到了很多因素的制约。在施术者方面，敷贴的时间、选择的穴位、是否辨证施治以及是否联合其它疗法等都有可能导致疗效有所差异；而从病人的角度分析，哮喘病程的长短、病人对三伏天灸的接受度、病人本身的心理状态以及病人对医生的依从性等也都会对疗效产生不同影响。本文详细讨论了影响三伏天灸临床疗效的各种因素，认为今后的研究应该遵照循证医学的基本原则，加强科研设计，进一步完善研究方案，从而充分确定三伏天灸治疗哮喘的临床价值。 |
