Abstract香港老年福利服務體系由政府和民間組織組成,其老年服務政策建立于'持續照顧'理念基礎之上,養老保障是關照老年人生命歷程中不同方面需求的持續照顧體系,包括居家照顧體系、社區支援體系和院舍照顧體系。我國內地老年福利服務事業可借鑒其連續性和整合性的發展思路,大力發展第三部門中的非營利民間組織,并為此建立良好的評估機制。
