AbstractHong Kong prides herself as a multicultural global city. But what does multiculturalism exactly mean in Hong Kong where 94% of the population is ethnic Chinese? Through the lens of multicultural education, this paper discusses multiculturalism, on one level, as government policies and on the other level, as everyday realities on campus.
