| Abstract | 末期喉癌患者全喉切除手術後喪失說話能力,學習使用其他發聲方法成為患者術後康復的一個重要部分。本文介紹食管、聲瓣、電子喉和氣喉發聲4種不同無喉發聲方法,並對它們的嗓音相關的聲學、感知與氣流動力學特性進行比較。文中著重描述漢語中普通話與廣東話無喉嗓音之異同。 |
