AbstractSouth University of Science and Technology of China (SUSTech) is a young, research focused and high starting point University, which is located in Shenzhen, China. Plus, SUSTech is keen to absorb the most advanced teaching and learning mechanisms of higher education institutions in order to catch up with the world top universities achievement. In the meantime, the revolution and innovation of higher education aroused by information communication technology (ICT) are catching the attention of leaders in University. Therefore, the possibility of implementing the modern teaching model in SUSTech is well worth continually exploring and discussing. As a result, this study conducted a qualitative research on the practical guidelines for implementing blended learning in SUSTech from three dimensions, which are Faculty – Administration – Student and relies on the analysis of interview data. Consequently, this study would generate practical guidelines for the implementation of blended learning in future at SUSTech, which includes similarities and differences insights in those three dimensions, main barriers in the process of implementing blended learning, and corresponding solutions in SUSTech as well. Also, point out future research directions based on the situation in SUSTech.
