| Abstract | 自香港回歸以來，兩地的經貿合作變得頻繁。香港特區政府出台許多激勵政策鼓勵香港青年前往內地工作0.2010到2014年間，筆者對1433位15〜34歲的香港永久居民進行問卷調查，並蒐集香港青年對社會流動性和地域流動性的看法：包括工作地點偏好，對跨境婚姻，以及對區域一體化及全球化的態度對該調查的數據進行分析發現：香港年輕一代對於職業生涯的追求與政策的目標之間存在差距，即香港與內地經濟一體化的作用得到受訪者普遍認可，但他們並不認同個人的地域流動性有助於提高社會流動性。大部分香港青年表示他們的確有為了尋求更多的機會而前往內地工作的意願。地域流動性對於社會流動性的影響仍有爭議，須開展進一步的調查研究。 |
