AbstractThe purpose of this research aimed at showing the impact of minimum wage on security services in Hong Kong housing estates. The minimum wage has an undividable relationship with the security service which involved a huge amount of population in Hong Kong. Extensive research was conduct at both in-house and outsourced security services in local housing estates. Though the analysis in both positive and negative impact from the security services providers and consumers, the findings may be useful for the development of property management industry in tackling the continuous changes of minimum wage.
