AbstractThe speech depicts the strategic integrative approach of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) in managing health and mental health problems. TCM stagnation syndrome is used as an example to illustrate this approach. To actualize the TCM holistic idea in modern health practice, body-mind-spirit group therapy grounded on TCM is suggested.
