Abstract | Three-dimensional (3D) ultrasound could provide non-ionizing and accessible evaluation of vertebrae features and spinal curvature. In this study, 3D ultrasound was demonstrated to be reliable and valid for spinal sagittal curvature of patients with scoliosis, in terms of excellent intra- and inter-rater reliability and good correlation and agreement with traditional X-ray Cobb. 3D ultrasound is demonstrated to be a promising method for sagittal spine curvature evaluation.
