| Abstract | 肿瘤转移'种子与土壤'学说与中医理论'邪之所凑,其气必虚'异曲同工,预转移龛(premetastatic niche,PMN)的发现客观证实两种理论的合理性。靶向PMN的干预策略将会引起治疗模式的变革。本文从比较中西医对PMN的认识入手,总结了PMN形成的动态过程与分子机制,探讨了其病因病机,并对中医干预方法应用于PMN的干预策略进行了阐述,最后对中医药在防治恶性肿瘤转移过程中重要地位和科研前景进行了展望,以期创新肿瘤治疗模式,推动中医药应用于肿瘤综合治疗的科学化和国际化。 |
