| Abstract | [目的]探讨代谢综合征病人的社会支持水平与服药依从性的关系,为提高病人的服药依从性提供新思路。[方法]随机抽取140例代谢综合征病人为研究对象,采用社会支持评定量表调查病人的社会支持情况、Morisky服药依从性量表评定病人的服药依从性。[结果]代谢综合征病人的社会支持总得分为(31.27±4.48)分,服药依从性得分为(4.26±1.33)分,社会支持总分与服药依从性呈正相关(r=0.436,P<0.01)。[结论]代谢综合征病人的社会支持和服药依从性均较低,社会支持较高者其服药依从性也较高,医护人员应采取措施提高病人的社会支持。 |
