| Abstract | 肝脓肿是常见的肝脏系统感染性疾病,严重时可危及患者生命,必须早发现,早治疗。但是肝脓肿患者的症状不典型,缺乏特异性,容易误诊。本文报道了1例以发热为主要症状的肝脓肿患者的诊疗过程,阐述了全科医生运用以患者为中心的全科思维,从多系统多器官角度思考分析症状不典型的肝脓肿患者,并做出明确诊断,为患者得到及时救治争取了宝贵时间。希望通过本病例分享,为临床上寻求最佳的全科思维模式提供参考,提高全科思维意识,减少误诊、漏诊。 |
