| Abstract | During sialoendoscopy, insertion of the endoscope through the ductal orifice is usually a challenging procedure, especially for beginners. Based on our experience, we have found that using the Kolenda Salivary Access Introducer Set is the most reliable and easily learned ductal access approach. We report details of the technique and discuss the advantages of this approach. |
