Article: Molecular organization, ontogeny and expression of murine αβ and γδ T cell receptors

TitleMolecular organization, ontogeny and expression of murine αβ and γδ T cell receptors
Authors
Issue Date1991

Experimental and Clinical Immunogenetics, 1991, v. 8, n. 2, p. 57-74 How to Cite?
AbstractT lymphocytes recognize antigens via transmembrane heterodimers, their T cell receptors (TCR). T cells express either TCRαβ or TCRγδ isotypes. Several molecular mechanisms are employed to diversify the TCR repertoire. Ontogeny, transcriptional regulation, and control of TCR expression will be discussed.
