| Abstract | 建议基层医生积极对未进行乙型肝炎免疫的儿童,18岁以上成年人进行乙型肝炎病毒(HBV)检测;HBV血清学检测为HBV感染的首选检测方法.接种乙型肝炎疫苗是预防HBV感染最有效的方法.乙型肝炎疫苗的接种对象主要是新生儿,其次为婴幼儿,15岁以下未免疫儿童和高危人群;乙型肝炎疫苗全程需接种3针,按照0,1,6个月的程序,即接种第1针疫苗后,在1个月和6个月时接种第2针和第3针. |
