AbstractThe ubiquitous spin-orbit interaction destroys the particles' spin rotational symmetry and introduces a universal transverse spin current. Here we show that an anomalous refracting metasurface induces a controllable spin-orbit interaction and a path-dependent polarization rotation. © 2014 OSA.
