AbstractA case of a congenital solitary internal carotid artery with complicated anastomosis is presented. This rare anomaly was an incidental finding at cerebral angiography in a patient with a poor-grade subarachnoid hemorrhage and a ruptured anterior communicating artery aneurysm.
