Abstract | The pulsations of electromagnetic torque, rotational speed and power of the motor caused by rotor broken bar fault were analyzed herein. By means of multi-loop method, a mathematical model of hydraulic power source under rotor broken-bar fault was established. The mechanical parameters, electrical parameters and liquid parameters were simulated. The results show that the input and output parameters of hydraulic power source have different degree pulsation. That due to the edge-frequency components of stator current is coupled to the rotor system. The pulse degree and frequency increase with the increasing degree of fault and load, thus the stability operation of hydraulic power source is influenced. Another conclusion points out the efficiency of hydraulic power source is decreased during the fault. |
