Abstract

In the past three decades, DNA-encoded chemical library (DEL) has emerged to become a powerful ultrahigh throughput technology platform for ligand and inhibitor discovery in drug discovery. Today, DEL has been adopted worldwide by the pharmaceutical industry. In this chapter, we review the key technological aspects of DEL, discuss its current state of art, and present salient examples of its applications in modern drug discovery.
