Abstract

In recent years, three-dmensonal (3) boprntng has emerged as a revolutonary bologcal manufacturng technology. espte sgnficant progress, current boprntng technologes face crtcal barrers, such as the need for in vitro maturaton of prnted tssues before mplantaton and challenges of prefabrcated structures not matchng the defect shapes. In situ boprntng has been ntroduced to address these challenges by prntng customzed structures to the wound shape va drect deposton of bologcal nks at the tssue nterface. Ths paper revews strateges to optmze prntng performance for enhanced tssue repar and analyzes the advantages, challenges, and future drectons of in situ boprntng technologes.
