| Abstract | 目的了解农村社区精神分裂症患者及家属对手机短信干预的体验,探索短信干预对该群体的适用性.方法 采用现象学研究方法,对8例患者和8名家属进行半结构式深入访谈,应用Colaizzi 7步分析法对资料进行整理分析.结果 5例患者及全部家属有接收干预短信的意愿;患者和家属尚未能完全掌握手机短信的收发,家属的掌握情况较好;短信可提高部分患者服药依从性,帮助调整心情,关注自我保健,表达关爱与支持.结论 短信干预适用于农村社区精神分裂症患者,使用前需对目标人群进行充分评估和培训,制定合适的干预方案. |
