Conference Paper: Breaking the 1-femtosecond barrier - the advent of attosecond metrology

TitleBreaking the 1-femtosecond barrier - the advent of attosecond metrology
Authors
Issue Date2002
AbstractHigh-order harmonics have been discussed for years as a means of generating sub-femtosecond x-ray pulses. We report the break of this barrier by few-cicle laser-driven, single, isolated sub-femtosecond pulses and the onset of attosecond metrology.
