Abstract | A connection between the quantum spin polarization orientation and spin precession in quantum transport in an AC ring was established. It was shown that spin precession can be controlled through the external electric field by means of the AC effect. An exact solution for the problem and focus on the spin aspect of quantum transport was developed. |
