| Description | Leading teachers into the information age is not simply a process of technology adoption but one of innovation, adaptation and change. One of the greatest challenges is for teacher development to incorporate appropriate forms of good teaching strategies to meet a multitude of different levels of individual teacher readiness for change and ICT adoption.
