AbstractA survey of architects in A-level architectural design institutes was conducted in Shenzhen. Based on the survey data,confirmatory factor analysis was applied to empirically test whether trust between architects in a project design team has two different dimensions. The result shows that architects’ trust can be distinguished into cognition-based and affect-based dimensions. This result will pave the way for the future construction management research related to trust.
對工作在深圳市甲級建筑設計院中的建筑設計人員進行了問卷調查.基于問卷的數據,用確證性因子分析法對項目團隊中建筑設計人員之間信任是否具有兩個不同維度的問題進行了實證檢驗.結果顯示建筑設計人員之間的信任可以區分為基于認知和基于感情這兩個不同的維度.其結果為將來與信任有關的建筑工程管理研究墊定了基礎.
