AbstractThis paper describes the team management concept of cleft lip and palatepractised in Hong Kong University,Cleft patients are taken care from birth to adulthood by this centre.Treatments are coordinated and implemented at the appropriate age of the children’s development.Establishment of a centre is the most efficient method for management of Cleft patients and will bring the best result in the long term. 本文介紹了香港大學牙科學院唇腭裂治療中心以協作組形式對唇腭裂患者進行治療的情況，唇腭裂患者從出生到成人均在此中心得到序列治療，在兒童生長發育的不同階段采取相應的治療手段。建立一個相互協作的中心是治療唇腭裂患者的有效措施并可取得最佳的治療效果.
