Abstract | Symptomatic lymphoceles that occur early after renal transplantation are usually managed by surgical marsupialization with drainage into the peritoneal cavity. Late-onset lymphocele, however, is more uncommon and is etiologically different from the former type. We report a patient, who was detected to have a lymphocele 11 years after renal transplantation. The treatment of which presented one of the biggest challenges in the management of postrenal transplant complications. |
