| Abstract | 人口老化在全世界都帶來極大的社會衝擊。而老年人士實在是極具潛力的社會志願服務資源。在人類壽命加增，身體健康日漸改善，提早退休的趨勢下，高齡人士無疑在志願服務上可以提供極大的義工行列。在一九九零年下旬香港女童軍總會在筆者的倡議下開展一項新的試驗計劃，就是樂齡女童軍。在下文中我們會首先報導上述計劃的第一階段研究成果，看看其他社會人士對她們的態度及評價。總括而言，樂齡女童軍的表現獲得大眾的高度讚揚及一致好評。 在老年社會工作實務上亦帶來不少啟示。對台灣推展高齡制服小組的構思亦可以有所借鏡。 |
