Abstract | In this paper, an automatic inspection method based on computer vision technique is presented for detecting the shell surface defects of crystal oscillators. The inspection system configuration, detecting procedure and the image processing algorithm of the defect extraction are detailed. Experiment results illustrate that the proposed automatic inspection method, which has the characteristics of high accuracy and easy implementation, is better than manual inspection method in automatic production process. |
