Objectives
1 to develop basic understanding on the role of employment in associating with youths’ social inclusion in terms of their integration in economic, familial and community, civic and cultural aspects in Hong Kong. 2 to investigate young people’s responses to opportunities of pursuing career development, and / or working in the Mainland; 3 to set up the baseline measure for capturing changes of young people’s views over time 4 to make recommendations on youth employment policies.
